Reporting directly to the General Manager, this specialist position is responsible for providing technical and sales support for Industrial Fabrics in both Canada and the U.S.
Develop and maintain design tools and procedures Provide product designs for sales, estimating and construction Provide technical support on product line to staff, dealers and customers Establish specifications, tolerances and quality guidelines Develop and publish technical content for literature and website Travel to territories to train and support Sales Group and customers Assist Designer/Estimator with updating the design library Support Marketing Group in the development/improvement of products and services Partner with Sales team to work with customer feedback on new product ideas that they receive from customers
